• We at INNOVACO, will write up the Domain Name Purchase Agreement, based on the agreed Sales Price, by both parties.

• Via Docusign, you (the Purchaser/s), and us (INNOVACO), will sign the mentioned Agreement. 

• All parties involved, and the Escrow Company  will receive a fully executed agreement.

• The Purchaser(s) will deposit the entire Sale Price amount into escrow, per executed agreement. 

• Once the Funds have cleared and been verified by Escrow.

• Escrow will instruct us  (INNOVACO) to proceed (commence) to transfer the Domain Name or Allotment of Domain Names, to the Purchaser(s).

• We (INNOVACO) will provide the Purchaser(s) via Escrow  the EPP Key for the Domain Name(s) or for  the allotment of each Domain Name. 

• The Purchaser(s) will complete the transferring at their end, with their Host/ing Company.

• Once the Domain Name(s) or Allotment of Domain Names have been transferred (completed) and verify via Escrow. Escrow will close the transaction, and disburse proceeds according to the executed agreement.

*Full Disclosure: If there are DBAs/Trade Names, Trademarks and or Register Trademarks part of the executed agreement, if the initial process of transferring them took place prior of close of escrow, the transaction may close escrow; with a copy of the transfer application receipt as proof. 

This process takes anywhere between 3 to 6 weeks to complete, and the Purchaser/s (new Owner/s of the Domain Name/s) will receive an email from the State to complete on their end, once approved.
